This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had ordering pretty much anything online. I ordered local and it shipped overseas. Took 3 months, and when the items arrived the delivery person said they had to leave them outside or wait until we have people to bring it inside, due to the pallets. Once opened, there was significant damage and we sent the photos. There were deep scratches all over it, cracked pieces (a foot long), missing corners, large gashes, etc. So we are now going on 4 months without a conference table and no resolution.
