Service Commitment: Our dedicated representatives are ready to promptly address your inquiries and concerns. For any questions, customization requests, or assistance with returns and exchanges, don't hesitate to contact us at support@kaguyasu.com.

Color Variations: While we strive for accurate product photos, variations may occur due to monitor settings and lighting. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or refunds based on color differences. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Customization Guidelines: For customized orders, carefully review the measurement instructions and provide accurate information. Keep in mind that returns and exchanges for customized products are limited to cases of initial defects, such as damage or soiling.

Odor Considerations: All our products undergo thorough inspection to ensure they're safe. Occasionally, functional additives may result in a slight odor due to packaging. This odor will dissipate after a few days of ventilation upon arrival.

Ceramic Tabletop Patterns: Products with ceramic plates may vary in patterns depending on the production batch. Understandably, they are cut from large ceramic plates, leading to slight variations. Thank you for your advance understanding.
